Chris Denham was named Director of Hart Career Center in 2013. Prior to taking on this role, he was Director of Student Services and principal of Mexico Middle School. Denham earned a B.A. in Education from Columbia College in 2000, and then earned a M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri in 2003, followed by his Specialist degree in 2011, also from the University.


Christina Eick administers individual counseling for students and acts as recruitment officer for HCC with the Mexico School District as well as our sending school districts. She also oversees our expanding OJT (On the Job Training) program offered to senior high school students.

Vocational Resource Educator

April Willis assists students with IEPs as well as other students who may be having difficulty in one of their classes at HCC. She also organizes and coordinates the TSA (Technical Skills Assessment) testing within all of our programs, and is our Lead Advisor for SkillsUSA.
